After working for the government, Mr. Chapin moved into the private sector becoming the senior associate at the Watkins & Casaudoumec, LLP in Orange County. In 2005, Mr. Chapin started his own firm in Riverside County. Mr. Chapin has a Bachelors Degree and a Masters Degree in Environmental and Occupational Health. Mr. Chapin is also licensed to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. | |
